PROCLAMATION
IN HONORING & RECOGNIZING
UNITED STATES ARMY SPECIALIST
Kennedy Ladon Sanders
WHEREAS, it is with profound sorrow and a heavy heart that we extend our deepest condolences to the Sanders family on the tragic loss of Kennedy Sanders; and
WHEREAS, she was dedicated and courageous member of the United States Army who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty; and
WHEREAS, Kennedy Sanders exemplified the highest ideals of honor, duty, and selflessness. Her unwavering commitment to defending our nation and protecting the freedoms we hold dear will forever be etched in our hearts and memories. Her sacrifice will not be forgotten, and her service will be forever honored; and
WHEREAS, as a grateful nation mourns the loss of a true hero, we come together to express our gratitude for Kennedy Sanders’ bravery, resilience, and dedication. Her sacrifice reminds us of the profound debt of gratitude we owe to those who selflessly serve our country; and
WHEREAS, in recognition of Kennedy Sanders’ extraordinary service, we stand united with you during this difficult time, offering our heartfelt support and sympathy. May you find comfort in the memories shared and the knowledge that Kennedy Sanders will forever be remembered as a true American hero.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, I, Elmer Thrift, Chairman, do hereby proclaim for all Ware County citizens to recognize and honor the service and memory of US Army Specialist Kennedy Ladon Sanders and call for all American flags to fly at half-staff until sunset on the day of her interment.
