Bickley Community Tennis Court Resurfacing

Ware County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals from firms capable of resurfacing a tennis court for the Bickley Community. Instructions for submitting proposals and complete requirements and information may be obtained by visiting the Ware County website at https://www.warecounty.com/business/.

All interested parties are encouraged to contact Brandon Wallace, PE, County Engineer via email bwallace@warecounty.com to be considered registered. All questions must be presented in writing to Mr. Wallace at the email address listed above.

Proposals must be addressed to Brandon Wallace, PE, County Engineer, 305 Oak Street, Suite 227, Waycross, GA 31501 and marked “BICKLEY COMMUNITY TENNIS COURT RESURFACING”. Proposals will be accepted until Friday, May 12, 2023, at 2:00PM EST.

Ware County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and to make the Award which will be in the best interest of the Ware County.

Commission Called Meetings are typically held every fourth Monday of each month (except for November & December, which usually do not have a second set of meetings due to holidays).
